Refund Policy

HK Infosoft offers a refund policy for all of our products and services. However, there are some exceptions to this policy, as outlined below.

• No refunds for services that have already been completed. This includes services such as web design, development, and marketing. Once a service has been completed, it cannot be refunded.
• No refunds for services that have been partially completed. If a service has been partially completed, a refund may be issued for the portion of the service that has not been completed.
• Refunds for services that have not been started may be issued on a case-by-case basis. If a service has not been started, a refund may be issued if the customer cancels the service within 48 hours of the project initiation.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a service, the customer must submit a written request to HK Infosoft. The request will not be considered valid unless and until the customer receives confirmation from HK Infosoft.

• Cancellation of a service may result in a refund. The amount of the refund will depend on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation.
• If a project is canceled after it has been released for beta delivery, no refund will be issued.
• In the event of a cancellation, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred by HK Infosoft up to the date of cancellation. These costs may include, but are not limited to, the cost of materials, labor, and overhead.
• Source code, design, or any other material related to a project will not be delivered if payment is not settled by the customer.
