ARTURE is a digital museum that democratizes access to art and culture for all citizens, regardless of economic, social, geographic, health, or disability barriers. Whether in an EHPAD, hospital, library, or commune, ARTURE ensures that everyone can experience and enjoy the richness of culture and art, tailored to their unique needs.
Challenge
ARTURE faced significant challenges in its mission to democratize access to art and culture across diverse communities. One of the primary challenges was ensuring that art could reach individuals in remote or underserved areas, where access to cultural resources is often limited. This included not only geographical challenges but also overcoming barriers related to health, mobility, and economic constraints that traditionally hindered access to cultural experiences.
Another challenge was adapting the content to suit various environments, such as EHPADs (nursing homes), hospitals, libraries, and communes. Each setting had unique requirements and audiences with specific needs, ranging from elderly individuals with mobility issues to patients in hospitals seeking therapeutic engagement. ARTURE needed to create a platform that was versatile enough to serve all these different environments while maintaining a high-quality cultural experience.
Furthermore, the challenge of raising awareness and encouraging the adoption of ARTURE’s digital museum was critical. Many institutions were unfamiliar with how to integrate digital cultural content into their existing programs. ARTURE needed to develop a strategy to educate and engage these institutions, helping them see the value in offering a digital museum experience to their communities.

To promote awareness and adoption, ARTURE launched targeted outreach campaigns and provided personalized consultations with cultural institutions. These consultations helped institutions identify how ARTURE’s digital museum could complement their existing programs and meet the specific needs of their audiences. ARTURE’s experts guided these institutions through the process of integrating digital cultural content, making it a seamless addition to their cultural offerings.
